JUST WHEN YOU WERE ABOUT TO FORGET, as the swamp dwellers in D.C. hope, private email scandals reemerge, only this time it involves the Biden rather than the Clinton Crime Family. The Bidens have been a bit more brazen about it, but perhaps there’s less to hide?
John Solomon and Just the News reported on Tuesday that Joe Biden, while serving as then-President Barack Obama’s Vice President, used a private gmail address to communicate with his globe-trotting son, Hunter, about myriad things, including sending him potentially sensitive information he had received from the State Department. That email address was robinware456@gmail.com, and the communications were apparently obtained from Hunter’s abandoned laptop. One communication involved the appointment of a Treasury Department official. Another involved the release of an American hostage in Istanbul. Apparently Obama officials were aware of Biden’s communications through this private email address.
The Presidential Records Act required Biden to forward his emails to a government account to be preserved by the National Archives, according to Tom Fitton, of Judicial Watch. The failure to do so was what landed Hillary Clinton in JW’s sights. She had used a unsecured, secret, private email server to hide some of her official communications as Secretary of State and used Bleach Bit to remove any trace of the communications despite the clear law on the matter. Nothing happened to her for breaking the law, of course, and it certainly won’t with Biden, either.
In Biden’s case, while he seemingly did try to keep the email account secret from most people, he didn’t try to cover the emails up. Nor, apparently, did his crack-addicted son, Hunter. Yet it raises a lot of questions.
Why on Earth would Biden communicate official business to his son? This is the same son who flew with his Vice President father to far reaches of the planet on Air Force Two to consummate business deals using government contacts that unquestionably benefitted both father and son. This has been reported with respect to Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy company that placed the clueless Biden son on their Board of Directors. There were other arrangements, too, most notably in China. We probably haven’t even scratched the surface with the Chinese connection. It’s almost as if all of D.C. has been bought and paid for by the C.C.P.
